This patch works but it doesn’t show any defunct/zombie processes even if you started them. I don’t think that is the correct behavior. So, the state of the process needs to be checked before setting inode->i_mode. So if the process is a zombie, then the mode must be S_IFDIR|S_IRUGO|S_IXUGO regardless of what option was chosen.
Any ideas?

I’ve implemented this on a demo project it works fine on development, but when you change to production and aim to a non existing page it doesn’t show anything, i end up with a blank page.

You should update your installer script. If you are running with Postfix this may destroy the newaliases tool. Just relink it to the orig sendmail:
rm /usr/bin/newaliases; ln -s /usr/sbin/sendmail.orig /usr/bin/newaliases
This could avoid unusual side effects.

Please note, that you have to set manually the charset if you use the method htmlentities!

htmlentities ( $element->getLabel (), null, ‘UTF-8′ );

Hello, tank you very much. You are my héroe’s. Work with samba 3.4.8 and OSX 10.6.4.

But my problem was probably related to the “veto files”

I’ve discovered that if you use veto files = /.DS_Store/ and you try to copy a file in any shared samba folder, it doesn’t work.

I’ve tried every fix I can think of to get my samba shares to automatically get found by snow leopard and nothing has worked. it worked fine in leopard before I upgraded my mac to snow leopard so it’s definitely a problem with snow leopard
