if you’d like to play around with those SELECTs, DELETEs, UPDATEs
just download the following two files and load them into your database.
I tried it with mySQL and it works fine. Just remember, mySQL doesn’t
support foreign keys and in the current version it doesn’t support
subselects yet.

If you’d like to play around with those two exercises and you’re not
able to run mySQL on your own machine you can use my server.
I set up a demonstration area for Dittrich’s examples db_dittrich
(Skript, page 36/37) and db_ueb3 (Übungsblatt – Teil 3).

You’ll be able to play around with all SELECT statements but you’re

…A program I wrote for my Statistics VP. It contains a nice menu
toolbar to get hold of all those programs and functions. I’ve included
the following stuff: Binomialtable (helps you check values in Bolley),
Multinomialverteiliung (just a huge equation), Approximations (B,A,H,P,Q,T).
The Stochastic part contains: Chisquare GOF (Goodness of fit), Chisquare
Homogenitätstest, Vorzeichentest, Stochastische Einfachregression.
Basically this prog is a kind of plugin for the Stat/List Editor.
I used a lot of functions out of Stat/List Editor and my prog wouldn’t
work without it.

• TI-89 with Advanced Mathematics Software 2.05
• Stat/List Editor v.1.01
